Yes, we offer a wonderful spring camp where athletes will be introduced to basic cheer, stunt,and tumbling techniques.
Sideline Cheer is made up of youth who cheer exclusively for a sport and do not attend competitions. Sideline cheer is a separate program than competitive and cheerleaders in sideline programs generally do not participate in competitive activities.
All-Star programs are associated with a sanctioned gym (NOT your local high school gymnasium!)
Recreational Competition Cheer is usually a community based squad.
Levels and divisions are sorted by tumbling and stunting skills.

The time commitment varies depending on the team and level of competition. Typically,
cheerleading teams have 2-3 practices per week and attend competitions and performances on weekends.
Our season goes from June-December with shows, events, and competitions throughout the months.
Flames Cheerleading accepts all cheerleaders regardless of skill level in grades K-8!
