Yes, we offer a wonderful spring camp in May where athletes will be introduced to basic cheer, stunt,and tumbling techniques.
Sideline Cheer is made up of youth who cheer exclusively for a sport and do not attend competitions. Sideline cheer is a separate program than competitive and cheerleaders in sideline programs generally do not participate in competitive activities.
All-Star programs are associated with a sanctioned gym (NOT your local high school gymnasium!)
Recreational Competition Cheer is usually a community based squad.
Levels and divisions are sorted by tumbling and stunting skills.
The time commitment varies depending on the team and level of competition. Typically,
cheerleading teams have several practices per week and attend competitions and games on weekends.
Flames Cheerleading is geared towards cheerleaders ages 8-17.
